1. Registration
Registration is only available at the Registration Desk during the following opening hours.
Foreign Participant: Participants who reside outside of Japan without Japanese nationality.

2. Registration Fee:
※Payment during the meeting can be made by cash (Japanese yen only).
- Non Member: JPY 3,000
3. Name Tags
Please write your name and affiliation on your name tag. All participants are required to wear their badges throughout the congress.
Please keep it carefully since it is necessary for certification renewal as Japanese specialist pathologist.
4. Volume of Abstracts
The meeting abstracts are made available electronically and can be accessed from this following site. For ID and Password, please contact the congress secretariat. (member only)

5. Program Starting Times
Please be aware that the meeting is going to start and finish at different times every day.

6. Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Day 2 (May 10) in Room 1 (Hall C) from 14:40.
7. Cloakroom
Cloakroom facilities are available at the International Forum B2 Floor Hall E during the following times.

8. Exhibition
The corporate exhibition will be held in the International Forum B2 Floor Hall E.
9. Luncheon Seminars
Luncheon seminars will be held in parallel from 12:00 every day
Participants for luncheon seminars are requested to pick up a numbered ticket beforehand. The luncheon seminar tickets will be distributed during the following times. Please note that no more available spaces when all the tickets are distributed. The tickets also become invalid in 10 minutes after the seminar starts.

10. Paging and Messages
There is no paging service at the venue. Please use the message board provided in the International Forum B2 Floor Hall E.
11. Mobile Phone Use
All participants are required to refrain from having conversations during the meeting. Please set your mobiles to silent mode or turn them off. Making a phone call can be done at the lobby.

13. Microscopy Room
