Only through the registration system. No cash payments will be accepted at the local venue.

Registration Fee

- The Gala dinner is being offered free of charge to all the above participants.

*2 Resident refers to the clinical trainee up to two years after graduation. Residents and students should download a status verification form below, complete the required information, and submit it at the reception on the day. *Please note that graduate students are not included in “students”.

Online Registration Flow

• Step 3. Abstract Submission（if you wish）

  1. Access the online registration system through the button at the bottom of this page and enter your profile.
  2. Click the "Create New Account" button and enter the registration information. After registration is complete, a login ID URL will be sent to the registered email address.
  3. After logging in, click the "Register" button on the My Page and select your category. Finally, complete the payment with a credit card.

     * If the payment of the registration fee is not completed by the Early Bird registration deadline, the Early Bird registration will be canceled. And for those participants, a regular registration fee will be applied.

Request to submit a document

You can print your "Certification & Receipt"from “My Page” after you have paid.

Please hand it in at reception on the day. In exchange we will give you a name card and an abstract book.

Certificate/Receipt

You can download a Certificate & Receipt from “Receipt bottom” in “My page” after you have paid.

Please note that we cannot issue a paper of it.

Certificate & Receipt: Available for download from “My Page” after credit card payment is completed.

Registration is only available by credit card.
