Overseas Participant Registration

Registration for overseas participants of The 7th Asian Congress of Medical and Care Facilities is now available.
Overseas participants are requested to complete the appropriate registration form in advance. Please select either Individual Registration or Group Registration below.

Registration Fee

The registration fee for overseas participants is as follows:
Registration Fee: JPY 20,000 per person
The registration fee is the same for all overseas participants.

Please use this form if you are registering as an individual participant.

Group Registration

Please use this form if you are registering multiple participants as a group, institution, hospital, facility, or organization.
For group registration, the representative is requested to complete the group registration form and submit the participant list using the designated Excel template.

Payment Method

Participants may select one of the following payment methods when completing the registration form.

Bank transfer
On-site payment at the registration desk

For group registration, the Congress Secretariat will review the submitted information and inform the representative separately of the total amount to be paid and the necessary payment instructions.
If you select bank transfer, the bank account information will be provided separately by the Congress Secretariat.
If you select on-site payment, please pay the registration fee at the registration desk during the Congress.
Please note that all bank transfer fees and any related charges must be borne by the participants. The registration fee must be received in full.

Notes for Registration

Please make sure to enter your e-mail address correctly.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically after the registration form is submitted.
Please keep the confirmation e-mail for your records.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact the Congress Secretariat.
If you need to change your registration information after submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat.
For group registration, please make sure that the participant list is complete and accurate.
If separate receipts are required for each participant, please complete the “Name on Receipt” column for each participant in the Excel participant list.
If you need an invitation letter or a certificate of attendance, please indicate this in the registration form or participant list.
Certificates of attendance will be issued after confirmation of attendance and payment.

Invitation Letter and Certificate of Attendance

Participants who need an invitation letter or a certificate of attendance may request them through the registration form.
If additional information is required for issuing these documents, the Congress Secretariat will contact you separately.

Personal Information

The information provided through the registration forms will be used only for purposes related to congress registration, on-site reception, payment confirmation, receipt issuance, certificate issuance, invitation letter issuance, and necessary communications from the Congress Secretariat.
