日本から参加される方と海外から参加される方で登録方法が異なりますのでお気をつけください。

＜日本から参加される方＞
同時開催される「第34回日本慢性期医療学会」の参加登録を行ってください。第34回日本慢性期医療学会に参加登録することで、「第7回アジア慢性期医療学会」の聴講も可能となります。
事前参加登録期間（2026年6月10日（水）～9月11日（金））と当日参加登録期間（2026年11月19日（木）～20日（金））で参加費が異なりますので、お気をつけください。

＜海外から参加される方＞

Registration

Please note that the registration procedure differs depending on whether you are participating from Japan or from overseas.

For Participants in Japan

Please register for the 34th Japan Congress of Medical and Care Facilities, which will be held concurrently. By registering for the 34th Japan Congress of Medical and Care Facilities, you will also be able to attend the 7th Asian Congress of Medical and Care Facilities.
Please note that different registration fees apply during the advance registration period and the on-site registration period:

Advance Registration: June 10 (Wed.)–September 11 (Fri.), 2026
On-site Registration: November 19 (Thu.)–20 (Fri.), 2026
