Call for Abstracts

Presentation Format

  • If it is difficult to visit the venue, remote presentation (via Zoom) is also possible.
  • Regardless of the planning program or general presentation program, in principle, remote presenters are required to submit a lecture video (mp4 data) with audio in advance. The lecture video will be projected by the Congress Secretariat, and you will be responsible for the questions and answers.

*If it is difficult to answer questions due to time difference, etc., you can only submit a lecture video (mp4 data) with audio. In that case, please be sure to contact the Congress Secretariat in advance.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. Registration is required before submitting the abstract.
  2. All abstracts must be formally submitted via the online abstract submission system.
  3. To submit an abstract, sign in from the “Abstract Submission” button at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions.
  4. Please make sure to keep your password and log-in ID. We cannot provide new passwords or ID in any circumstances.
  5. To make any changes to your entry, use your password and ID to log in to your personal abstract submission page. You may modify your abstract at any time until abstract submission closed.
  6. Please check for spelling, grammatical or scientific errors before submission. We will not do proofreading, and your abstract will be printed exactly as submitted.

Abstract should comply with the followings.

Number of Authors maximum of 10 authors (including presenting author)
Number of Institution maximum of 10 institutions (including presenting author's Institution)
Abstract Title maximum of 100 characters (including space)
Abstract Body maximum of 1,500 characters (including space)
* No graphs, tables, or images can be included in the abstract.

Acceptance Notification

You will be informed of the acceptance of your presentation,together with the presentation format andschedule from late October to early November 2021.

Conflicts of Interest (COI)

All oral presenters will be required to disclose their conflict of interest status at the beginning of their presentation slides.
